The company changed from retail meat market, then wholesale meat market ten restaurant and hotels, frozen food supplier, meat packaging and frozen food manufacturer. The main branch of the company is presently located in Anaheim, California. This company is the leading manufacturer and seller of frozen bread dough to supermarkets. The first products were produced at the meat processing factory in Anaheim. Bread factory is in Secaucus, New Jersey, the second factory is in Dallas, and then the last one to open is in North Carolina. While, the Chicago, Illinois plant manufacture processed meat especially the dry and semi-dry sausage.The main objective of Bridgford Foods Corporation, distinctiveness, first class and constancy of their products, the company’s main products include sliced processed meats and sandwiches for the Retail markets in the South West part of the United Sates. Bridgford Foods offers shelf-stable dry and semi-dry sausage products to both retail food industries and food industries. Microwave-ready products are also available.
